Terms of Service
Welcome to Flowboo
Flowboo is published by Yusuf Qazi. These terms describe your use of the game and optional paid membership. Please read them before purchasing. Contact rbsbuilder112@gmail.com with questions. Rights that consumer law gives you are not excluded or limited by these terms.
Who can play
Flowboo is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the game and make purchases only with your parent or guardian’s permission. You must meet any higher minimum age required by your local law or account provider.
Your game and account
You can play as a guest with progress stored on your device. Signing in enables cloud saves and public leaderboard participation. Protect your account and provide accurate information. Removing the app or clearing its data can erase guest progress. Cloud saves need a connection, and you may need to choose between conflicting saves from different devices.
Daily hints and Flowboo Plus
Free players can collect two hints on each day they open the app while signed in and connected. Every active Flowboo Plus plan removes banner and interstitial ads and increases the daily gift to five hints in total. If you collect two free hints and upgrade that day, you can collect three more. The daily reward resets at 00:00 UTC and is shared across your devices. Unvisited days do not accumulate. Collected hints remain in your game balance after membership ends. Hints have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Prices, payment, and automatic renewal
Choose a weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription. The app and store checkout show the current price, currency, period, and applicable taxes before you confirm. Apple or Google processes the payment. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed price for the selected period unless cancelled through the store. Your store’s terms govern billing and any price-change notices or consent. There is no free trial unless one is explicitly shown at checkout.
Cancel, restore, or request a refund
Manage or cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app, signing out, or deleting your Flowboo account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends, unless refunded or revoked. Use Restore purchases with the same store account and Flowboo account to recover access. Request refunds from the store that charged you, subject to its rules and your statutory rights. Contact us if access is missing; do not buy a second plan to fix it.
Fair play
Use Flowboo for personal entertainment. Do not abuse other players, use offensive public names, manipulate scores, interfere with services, or try to access another person’s data. We may remove abusive names or fraudulent leaderboard results and restrict accounts where necessary to protect players and the service. Contact support if you believe a restriction was a mistake.
Availability and ownership
We retain rights to the game and original content; third-party materials remain owned by their licensors. We grant you a personal, limited right to use the app under these terms. We may maintain, correct, or update the game. Network, store, or device problems can interrupt availability; contact support if you lose purchased access. Nothing here removes warranties, remedies, or other protections that cannot legally be waived.
Privacy, changes, and contact
