Delete your
Flowboo account.

From the app

1. Open Flowboo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings → My account & cloud save.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email rbsbuilder112@gmail.com with the subject “Flowboo account deletion.” Send the request from the address associated with your account if possible. If you used Apple’s private email relay, mention that in your request. We will verify ownership before acting. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.

What is removed

Your authentication account, game profile, cloud save, leaderboard scores, and daily reward ledger are removed from our active game database. Game data stored on other devices may remain locally until it is removed there.

What may be retained

Apple, Google, or RevenueCat may retain transaction records for billing, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. Limited backup and security records may remain until their normal expiry or as legally required. Contact us about access or deletion of subscription-provider records; we will explain any applicable retention exception.

Deletion does not cancel a subscription. Cancel renewal in your App Store or Google Play settings first if you no longer want to be charged.
