Help us find the issue

Tell us whether you use iOS or Android, the app version shown in Settings, and what happened. Never send passwords, sign-in links, verification codes, full payment details, or API keys.

Subscriptions

Use Restore purchases in the app with the same store and Flowboo account. Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Store subscriptions do not stop when you delete the app or game account.

Account and data deletion

You can delete your account from the app or request deletion without reinstalling. See account-deletion instructions →
